Fortified Wealth was built to solve a specific problem: fragmented financial decision-making.
After years working across tax, institutional advisory, and independent wealth management, it became clear that accomplished executives and business owners weren’t failing because of markets. They were dealing with disconnected advice.
Investments were managed.
Taxes were filed.
Insurance was in place.
But major decisions were rarely coordinated.

Tony Bails CPA, CFP®
Tony began his career inside manufacturing operations, working in cost accounting and logistics roles for industrial companies ranging from manufactured housing to specialty vehicle and equipment producers. He understands plant operations, capital cycles, and operational discipline because he has worked inside those environments.
He spent the last 28 years in tax and advisory work, where he saw firsthand how financial decisions often evolved in isolation.
As both a CPA and CFP®, Tony approaches wealth structurally — focusing on how decisions interact over time rather than how individual components perform in a vacuum.
His work centers on coordination, durability, and practical execution. He takes the work seriously and keeps the conversations grounded.
